It depends on what you need done, but we’ll never surprise you with the bill. Most jobs get a proper quote upfront — phone, email or a quick site visit if it’s a bigger job. No hidden extras tacked on at the end.

For most jobs, yeah, it helps if someone’s there at the start and end so we can walk you through what’s been done. For bigger commercial jobs we’re happy to work directly with your site manager or property manager instead.

If it’s urgent, we’ll do our best to get to you same day — just give us a call so we can gauge how serious it is. For everything else, we’ll book you into the next available slot and give you a realistic timeframe, not just “sometime this week.”

A tripping safety switch or circuit breaker can be caused by a faulty appliance, damaged wiring, moisture, an overloaded circuit or an electrical fault. If it keeps happening, don’t just keep resetting it — give us a call and we can find the cause and get it sorted properly

Absolutely. You don’t need to know what’s causing the problem before you call us — that’s our job! We can test the installation, trace the fault and work out exactly what’s going on. Once we find the problem, we’ll explain what’s wrong and what’s needed to fix it properly.

Absolutely. We can replace old light fittings or outdated halogen downlights with modern, energy-efficient LED downlights. We’ll make sure they’re installed correctly, safely and in suitable locations — and if we find anything questionable with the existing wiring while we’re there, we’ll let you know before doing any additional work.

Quite possibly — but it depends on your existing electrical supply, switchboard capacity and how much power your home already uses. We can check the switchboard, main supply and available capacity, then recommend the right way to install the EV charger safely. In some cases, load management or a switchboard upgrade may be required.
