A tripping safety switch usually indicates an electrical fault or a faulty appliance. If it continues to trip after unplugging appliances and resetting it, it’s best to have it professionally inspected.

Yes. We’re happy to install customer-supplied electrical equipment, provided it complies with Australian standards and is suitable for installation. If you’re unsure, just ask us before you buy. Always happy to help!

Yes. We install EV chargers for all major vehicle brands, including the required electrical upgrades, testing, commissioning and certification.

Yes. We install and replace split system air conditioners for homes and small businesses, including the required electrical work and commissioning.

We offer complimentary quotes or estimates on most jobs, some quotes we can do over the phone, some will be a formal emailed quote with just some information provided by yourself, and some quotes will require a site visit.

We always aim to attend as quickly as possible. Urgent electrical issues are prioritised wherever practical, while planned work is booked into the earliest available appointment. If you need immediate assistance, please give us a call and we’ll let you know the soonest we can attend.

Yes we work some weekends, at times we may not be available but where possible we will try to accommodate you if you cannot make an appointment during the week.

Yes. Integrity Electrical South West is fully licensed and insured. All electrical work is completed in accordance with current Australian Standards and WA electrical regulations, and we carry the appropriate public liability insurance for your peace of mind. 

Every job we complete comes with a warranty, if any of our workmanship EVER fails, we will fix it! Replacement or repair of any item we supply and install will come with a warranty period equal to that of the manufacturer’s warranty. We do not offer any warranty on items not supplied by us, so if you supply the item, all costs of removal or repair will be your responsibility.

In most circumstances you will receive an electrical safety certificate. In some cases an electrical safety certificate is not necessary, for example if its like for like replacement for a faulty piece of electrical equipment.

The number and placement of hard wired smoke alarms is completely dependant on the layout of the home, there is no minimum just as there is no maximum. Whether they need to be interconnected or not is dependant on when the building permit for the house was issued. 

The amount of RCD’s intalled in your homes electrical distribution panel is completely dependant on the age and setup of your homes electrical installation. Every power and lighting final sub circuit should be protected, however in newer homes, or new circuits (post 2018) all circuits should be RCD protected.
